Q. Why isn’t my URL working?
- This may be due to a number of factors. We suggest checking the following:
- URLs are case sensitive
- Sometimes extra spaces after the URL will cause problems.
- Duplication of the http:// because of copy and pasting.
Q. How can I modify the date in my URL?
- Click on the help icon located beside the URL text field. This will open a help topic that contains a list of available date modifications. Make sure that you only delete the date string. It will be formatted as yyyy-mm-dd. As well, ensure that you adhere to the correct casing when modifying the date.
