Setting up Dashboards for Groups or Individual Users is tricky. You can assign Klips or Tabs to Groups, but how do you test it? How can you visualise what it will look like for the user?
Also - if they raise a helpdesk ticket or are trying to describe something to an Admin, wouldn't it be great to be able to login "as if you were them"?11 votes
How about having sub-groups? Similar to an idea I posted earlier, there are different projects for different companies. We were thinking of breaking up companies based on groups, and individual users based on sub-groups under those companies. This feature would be beneficial to a lot of people.3 votes
